Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some items are exempt from being returned. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.


- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace items if the item arrived defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at


Make sure we receive your item(s) back within 14 days to be eligible for a refund. Just a heads up, you are responsible for sending the item(s) back to us and will be charged a return & restocking fee.  Once we receive your item(s), it takes about 3-10 business days for the money to be credited to your account.

We know you needed your Magnolia Interiors yesterday, so we process orders in 1-3 business days. Depending on what shipping method you select, that is when you will receive your items. An email will be sent to you once your item(s) depart on their journey to you.


For local delivery you will not be charged for shipping. Enter "LOCALDELIVERY" as the promo code if you wish to receive delivery. Send an email to to inquire about how soon your item can be delivered prior to choosing local delivery. You must live within 10 miles of 60643 or items will not be delivered.
